Serigroup is in a position to satisfy. It produces
mono, bilayer, multilayer printed circuits with the following finishings:
- HAL
- HAL lead free
- Cu Plating or Passivation
- Chemical/Electrolytic plating Ni/Au
- Chemical plating SN
- Chemical plating AG
The production of the printed circuits is as follows:
15% monolayer
75% bilayer
10% multilayer (up to 10 layers).
The thin metal tracks are made with a photolithographyc
technique. In the multilayer printed circuits tracks run not only
on the two sides of the plate, but also between the different layers
of the material of which the board is composed.
