The phase begins with the acquisition and processing of Gerber files supplied to us from customers. Then we use CAM tools (stations Cam UCAM BARCO ) to visualize, verify and edit files in Gerber format. These are produced from CAD systems and complete all the operations necessary to prepare the panel. The files are generated for the drill machines, for the optical test ; and for the electrical test worker. In this phase the control of the data supplied from the customer is always executed in order to verify lay-up and the type of materials to be used.

The company has computerized all its phases of production, therefore successfully improving efficiency.

For each order a file is created containing all thetechnical-logistic data of printed circuit, plus a series of electronic information which will accompany each order batch through its various work phases.
