Titolo del progetto: DIGITISATION VACUUM METALLIZING PROCESS
Il progettato consente di completare l'interconnessione al sistema gestionale di tutti i cicli di produzione dell'azienda. Il progetto di digitalizzazione, iniziato nel 2019 e portato a completamento con l'investimento oggetto di questo bando, ha consentito e consentirà di monitorare in tempo reale le diverse fasi produttive (centri di costo), restituendo informazioni essenziali circa: il rispetto dei tempi di consegna; l'ottimizzazione della logistica (trattandosi di produzione su commessa); l'efficienza dei processi produttivi con riduzione degli scarti; la misurazione della produttività e redditività per singola commessa. in sintesi, la raccolta delle informazioni derivanti dal processo produttivo (ore macchina, ore uomo, quantità prodotte, consumo energetico, consumo materie), messe in relazioni con le informazioni di carattere finanziario, consente al management di assumere le proprie decisioni nel miglior contesto possibile.
ll progetto beneficia del sostegno concesso dalla Regione Veneto per € 105.982,48 su una spesa ammissibile di € 353.274,93.
